 AXTAL stands for Advanced XTAL Products, where "XTAL" is a common abbreviation of "crystals".

About our company: While AXTAL CONSULTING  is a relatively young company, spun-off from the previous TELE QUARZ, which was established in 2004 by Bernd Neubig, a Physicist and Electronic Engineer,who has 30 years of  experience and expertise in the Quartz Crystal Industry.
The company is privately owned by Bernd Neubig. Its facilities are located in Southern Germany, close to Heidelberg, in the so-called "Crystal Valley area". Whereas the office is in Lobbach, the R&D Lab and the laboratory facility resides in the Center of young entrepreneurs called "Ideenwerkstatt" in Mosbach.
About our services: AXTAL CONSULTING is capable to do extensive  in-house testing, screening, and qualification tests of crystals, oscillators and filters, based on recognized IEC and MIL standards.
We offer our customers qualified support to solve problems in their particular application.  Our service includes the measurement of the used/ suspicious crystals, the characterization of the customer's oscillator, a failure analysis with recommendation for a problem-fix, and the verification of the effectiveness of the change.
For applications which demand extended reliability, such as medical electronics, down-hole,  metering, etc., AXTAL CONSULTING offers screening tests of  commercial-grade crystal units.
